This coaching is for ambitious young men who are willing to work relentlessly to create a fulfilling life — but don't yet know what they should be building. Over seven weeks, we'll identify the life that's genuinely worth pursuing for you, create a clear direction for getting there, and design a practical system that keeps you moving toward it long after our work together ends.
"Every meaningful life is built twice — first in thought, then in practice."
You've read the books. Watched the videos. Filled notebooks with ideas. Built habits. Stayed disciplined. You aren't looking for shortcuts, and you've never been unwilling to put in the work.
You're willing to invest years into building an extraordinary life. You simply want the confidence that your effort is carrying you toward a life that's genuinely worth building.
So you keep moving.
You commit to one direction, then another. Every new book, mentor or conversation convinces you it might finally contain the answer.
Not because you're lazy, but because nobody ever showed you that before you commit years of your life to the climb, it's worth asking whether it's the mountain you actually want to summit.
Many ambitious people spend years trying to become successful by someone else's definition before ever asking themselves what success actually means to them.
The hardest part isn't working hard.
It's committing years of your life without knowing whether they're being invested in the right place.
Work ethic will help you climb almost any mountain. It cannot tell you whether it's the one you truly want to spend your life climbing.
The problem isn't your willingness to work. It's that nobody ever taught you how to decide what your work should be in service of.
The obvious question, then, is why it's so difficult to know which mountain is worth climbing in the first place.
For most of your life, you've been surrounded by ideas about what success looks like.
Some came from your parents. Others from teachers, institutions, the people you admired, or the world around you. None of them are inherently wrong.
But very few people ever stop to ask one simple yet crucial question.
What is the kind of life I actually want?
Most people never consciously define what a meaningful life would actually look like for them.
Instead, they inherit a direction long before they're old enough to question it. Parents, teachers, institutions and culture point toward certain mountains, and most of us begin climbing without ever stopping to ask whether we genuinely want to spend our lives on that ascent.
By the time that question finally appears, years of effort have already been invested.
A strong work ethic is one of the greatest advantages a person can have.
It allows you to endure discomfort, stay disciplined and keep moving long after most people would stop.
But work ethic answers only one question:
How far are you willing to climb?
It never asks the more important one.
Is this the mountain you want to spend your life climbing?
Before you dedicate years of your life to the climb, make sure it's a mountain you truly want to spend your life climbing.
Most people assume the quality of their life depends on how hard they're willing to work.
Hard work has its place.
But before effort can move your life forward, it first needs something worth moving toward.
Effort is only as valuable as the direction it serves.
You wouldn't begin climbing before deciding which mountain is worth climbing.
You wouldn't pack your bags before deciding where you're going.
Life works the same way.
Direction must always come before momentum.
"If a man knows not to which port he sails, no wind is favorable."— Seneca
That's why this coaching doesn't begin with productivity, discipline or goal-setting.
It begins with the questions every other decision depends on.
What is the kind of life I actually want to live?
What would make that life deeply fulfilling?
What deserves years of my life?
Once those questions are answered, every decision that follows becomes easier to make.
Every stage of this coaching is carefully sequenced.
Each conversation, exercise and reflection builds on the one before it, ensuring that the questions everything else depends on are explored first.
When the order is right, the process begins to build on itself.
The result isn't simply greater clarity. It's a way of thinking that continues to guide your decisions long after our work together ends.
The right answers become obvious once you're asking the right questions in the right order.
Over seven weeks, we'll explore the questions everything else depends on — in the order they need to be answered.
The coaching is deliberately organised into four pillars.
Each pillar exists to solve a different problem, preparing the ground for the one that follows.
Together, they create a coherent path from uncertainty to deliberate living.
Gain the perspective needed to understand the game you're actually playing, audit and redesign the beliefs shaping your decisions, and create a detailed vision for every important domain of your life.
A vision for your life that is original, holistic, and compelling, giving you absolute clarity about what you're building, why it matters, and where your effort belongs.
With a compelling vision in place, the next step is to become deeply convinced that it can be realised. We deliberately gather evidence until believing in that future is no longer an act of optimism, but the most rational conclusion available. This eliminates any self-doubt you might have.
A deep sense of certainty that the life you've envisioned is genuinely attainable — and that you're capable of becoming the man who can build it.
Once you know what you want and believe it's possible, a different question emerges: What is actually mine to build?
We quiet the expectations, ambitions and identities you've accumulated over the years, allowing your own intuition to become noticeable. From there, we uncover the life path, the work, and the mission that feel deeply aligned with who you are.
A life that feels right — not because someone else approved of it, but because you're guided by the deepest part of you that already knows.
The final phase translates philosophy into daily living by designing habits, systems and practices that move you toward the vision you've created. The result is a lifestyle that is progressive, sustainable and deeply fulfilling.
A practical way of living you can adopt immediately — one that gives you a sense of progress daily, naturally moves you toward your vision, and is sustainable for a long time.
Each pillar answers a different question. Together, they answer the only one that matters: How should I live?
A man is worked on by what he works on.
The Coaching Handbook sharpens the way you think.
Your True North gives you a clear picture of the life you're committed to building.
But the greatest transformation isn't found in either of them.
It's found in the person you'll become through the process itself.
By the end of the coaching, you'll understand yourself more honestly, think more independently, make decisions with conviction, and know what is genuinely worth building your life around.
Long after our work together has ended, that understanding will continue shaping the way you choose, work and live.
Understanding the architecture is one thing. Living it is another.
Most of us grow up believing that if we can build a successful career and make enough money, everything else will eventually fall into place.
Those things matter, and they deserve attention.
Money solves money problems, but it doesn't automatically improve your health, deepen your relationships, strengthen your character or bring meaning to your life.
That's because your career is only one part of a much larger picture.
At Dreamer Tribe, we think about life differently.
Over the years, we've identified ten domains that together shape the quality of your life.
Each domain deserves to be understood individually, but all of them are deeply interconnected. Progress in one strengthens the others. Neglect one long enough, and the effects inevitably begin to spill into the rest.
Together, these ten domains form the architecture of a well-lived life.
Click any domain for the work it involves — and the question it opens with.
The vessel you experience everything else through. Your physical condition shapes your thinking, your emotional states, your confidence, your energy, your capacity to do real work. A man who has not taken ownership of his body has not taken full ownership of his life. We examine the beliefs shaping the way you care for your body, define what peak physical health looks like for you, and build the practices that make it possible.
Your mind is the only instrument you have for understanding yourself, making decisions, and navigating the complexities of life. Left unattended, it absorbs ideas indiscriminately from whatever it is repeatedly exposed to. We become deliberate about the beliefs you hold, the quality of the information you consume, and the way you think — because the quality of your life will always reflect the quality of your thinking.
A strong character is not something you're born with. It is something you build. Every meaningful life demands specific qualities — discipline, courage, integrity, patience, honesty — and every one of them can be developed deliberately. Together, we identify the traits your life requires and begin cultivating them intentionally.
This isn't about religion. It's about reconnecting with the part of you that already knows. Through stillness, meditation and honest reflection, we create enough silence for your own intuition to become noticeable again. Because beneath all the noise, a quieter part of you already knows the answers to the questions that matter most.
The quality of your emotions is, in many ways, the quality of your life. Emotional Intelligence isn't about suppressing difficult emotions or pretending they're not there. It's about understanding what they're trying to tell you, learning to process them well, and becoming capable of consciously creating the emotional states you want to live in.
A romantic relationship will become one of the most influential parts of your life. Rather than leaving it to chance, we become deliberate about the kind of partner you're looking for, the qualities that genuinely matter to you, and the standards you'll refuse to compromise on. Just as importantly, we identify the kind of man you'll need to become to naturally attract someone of that calibre.
The first relationships you'll ever have are the ones you don't choose. Your family comes with love, history, responsibilities and, at times, complexity. We explore how to honour those relationships where possible, establish healthy boundaries where necessary, and become the kind of man your family can rely on without losing yourself in the process.
Your closest friends will shape your standards, your ambition and the kind of man you become. A true brotherhood is built deliberately. These are the men you laugh with, struggle alongside, build with, and trust when life becomes difficult. We become intentional about the people who deserve a place in that circle.
Not every meaningful relationship has to become a close friendship. Allies are people you respect, collaborate with and create mutual value alongside. Learning to build these relationships opens doors, creates opportunities and makes it possible to achieve far more together than you ever could alone.
Wealth is the natural consequence of creating value for other people. Rather than treating money as the goal, we learn to see it for what it really is: evidence that you've solved meaningful problems for enough people. We examine the beliefs you've inherited about money, replace those that no longer serve you, and develop a first-principles understanding of how wealth is actually created.
Your work will occupy a remarkable portion of your life. There are a hundred ways to make money, but far fewer ways to build a life you'll be proud of. Before asking what you should do, we ask a better question: what kind of work would make your life feel well spent? As those principles become clear, the shape of your path reveals itself — not through analysis alone, but through intuition, honest reflection, and deliberate experimentation.
How you spend each day is how you spend your life. A morning ritual isn't self-care — it is an identity declaration. What a man does before the world gets to him reveals what he values, what he's committed to, and ultimately, who he is. Together, we design a lifestyle — your habits, routines and practices — that naturally moves you towards the life you've envisioned. Progressive enough to create meaningful change. Sustainable enough to live for years.
This distinction was popularised by Tony Robbins, and it has profoundly shaped my own thinking.
There is a science to achievement.
If someone has built the physique you admire, you can study how they trained, how they ate, and how they recovered. Apply the same principles diligently, and you'll produce similar outcomes.
The same is true of building wealth, developing a skill, or creating a successful business. Achievement follows principles. Learn them, apply them well, and you'll produce comparable results.
Fulfilment is different.
The question isn't "should I lose weight or build more muscle?"
The question is, "what kind of body would fulfil me?"
The question isn't "should I be a doctor or a lawyer?"
It is "what path would most fulfil me?"
One person dreams of building a global company and getting married late.
Another dreams of running a coffee shop in his hometown while raising two kids.
Neither is objectively better.
They're simply different answers to the same question.
The principles of achievement are universal.
Fulfilment is personal.
The Science of Achievement teaches you how to build well.
The Art of Fulfilment helps you decide what deserves to be built in the first place.
A meaningful life asks for both.
Understanding the whole picture is one thing.
Learning how to navigate it is another.
Good conversations can create insight. Carefully sequenced conversations create transformation.
The journey begins by dismantling the invisible assumptions and limiting beliefs that quietly shape the way you see yourself and what's possible for your life. As those assumptions begin to fall away, we create a compelling vision for every important domain of your life — one that is original, deeply personal, and genuinely worth pursuing.
From there, we gather enough evidence to develop the conviction that your vision is attainable, uncover a life path that feels deeply aligned with who you are, and design a lifestyle capable of carrying that vision into reality.
Every phase prepares you for the next, allowing the work to build naturally until it becomes a coherent way of living — not just a collection of ideas.
The journey unfolds across six carefully sequenced phases. Each one exists for a reason.
Expand each to explore it.
Before we create a vision for your future, we examine the thinking that created your present. Orientation is where we establish a relationship built on honesty, understand your current life and the forces that have shaped it, and uncover the invisible assumptions quietly influencing the way you think, the ambitions you've pursued, and the possibilities you've overlooked.
By understanding where your beliefs came from, what they have led you to pursue, and what they have prevented you from seeing, we create the conditions for genuine change rather than temporary motivation.
A new perspective on your life — one that reveals the forces that have shaped it and expands what you believe is possible for your future.
Every life is built twice: first in the mind, then in reality.
Clarity is the longest and most foundational phase of the coaching. Together, we examine the beliefs shaping every important domain of your life, dismantle the ones limiting what's possible, and replace them with beliefs from which a greater vision becomes possible.
As your beliefs expand, so does your sense of what your life could become. We then build that vision — domain by domain — before weaving it into one integrated picture of a life genuinely worth pursuing.
The quiet certainty of no longer asking, "What should I do with my life?" — because you now know exactly what you're building.
A man rarely commits to a future he doesn't believe he can build. Once a compelling vision is in place, the next challenge isn't deciding what you want — it's believing you're capable of creating it. Every vision reveals two gaps: an intellectual gap, where you simply don't yet know what you need to know, and a gap in your character, where you must become the kind of man who consistently does what that vision demands. Conviction exists to close both.
Together, we'll replace hope with evidence. By studying the lives of people who began with less, knew less, and still built extraordinary lives, you'll discover that the gap between you and your vision is rarely talent. More often than not, it's knowledge yet to be acquired and character yet to be built.
The quiet certainty that nothing separates you from your vision except knowledge to acquire and character to build.
A life can look successful and still feel deeply misaligned.
Alignment is where we stop asking what kind of life looks good on paper and begin asking a more important question: Does it feel deeply true? We revisit the vision you've built and ask a simple but demanding question for each domain: Is this what I genuinely want?
Only after that do we begin exploring something many ambitious people quietly long for but rarely know how to approach: their calling. Not something to create, but something to discover.
The quiet knowing that you've found your direction — and the courage to trust it.
Your days are the visible expression of your philosophy.
Practice is where your ideas become behaviour. You gain access to my personal library of best practices — the best ideas, frameworks, protocols, and resources I've found after years of obsessive study, experimentation, and lived experience across all ten domains. Together, we draw from this body of work to build a way of living that steadily moves you towards the life you've chosen.
A tailored protocol for daily living — giving your ambition a clear direction and removing the guesswork from how to spend your days.
The final step isn't learning something new. It's bringing everything together.
Over the previous seven weeks, we've built something far more valuable than a collection of insights — we've built a coherent philosophy for living. In this final phase, we bring everything together into your complete True North, reflect on the distance you've covered, and ensure that the clarity, conviction, alignment, and practices you've developed become something you can return to for the rest of your life.
We then mark that transition with a simple ceremony before welcoming you into a brotherhood of men committed to the same standard.
A deeply personal framework for living — one that keeps you pointed towards your True North for the rest of your life.
The coaching conversations are where the deepest work happens. But insight alone rarely changes a life. Transformation comes from the relationship between conversation, reflection, implementation, and time. Every element of the coaching has been designed to strengthen that relationship — so that each conversation deepens the documents, and each document deepens every conversation that follows.
Every conversation shapes the artefacts.
Every artefact shapes the conversations that follow.
The Handbook is the intellectual companion to the coaching.
Released progressively throughout the seven weeks, it introduces the key ideas, frameworks, and questions that shape each phase before we explore them together in conversation. Rather than overwhelming you with everything at once, it unfolds alongside the coaching — giving you the right ideas at precisely the moment they become useful.
Built from years of rigorous study, experimentation, and careful synthesis, it becomes far more than something you simply read. It sharpens every conversation, guides your reflection between sessions, and gradually grows into a body of work you'll continue returning to long after the coaching has ended.

The most important document we'll create together. Built gradually and rigorously over seven weeks, it brings together everything you've discovered into one coherent philosophy for living — your beliefs, your vision, your direction, and the way you've chosen to live. Whenever life becomes uncertain, distracting, or demanding, this becomes the place you return to.

The coaching ends after seven weeks. The work continues for the rest of your life.
This coaching isn't designed for everyone who wants a better life. It's designed for ambitious young men who are willing to work relentlessly, think honestly, and take complete responsibility for the direction of their lives. If that's you, we'll probably work well together. If it isn't, that's perfectly alright. There are many forms of coaching.
This simply isn't one of them.
If you found yourself more on the first list than on the second one, there's a good chance we're a strong fit.
The standard of this coaching was never designed around a price point. It was designed around a single question: What would give someone the greatest chance of leaving with genuine direction? Every decision — from the structure of the conversations to the number of clients I work with — flows from that question. The investment simply reflects what it takes to deliver the work at that standard.
To preserve the quality of the work, I work with no more than six men at any given time. Every conversation is prepared for. Every client receives my full attention. Every True North document is built alongside our work together. I'd rather work deeply with six men than superficially with sixty. That principle determines both my capacity and the investment required to sustain it.
This investment is available exclusively to the first six men in the Founding Cohort. Future cohorts will join at the standard investment of $1,999 USD.
If paying in full presents a genuine difficulty, mention it during our diagnosis conversation. If we're the right fit to work together, we can discuss an alternative way to structure the investment.
If this work has resonated deeply with you, the next step isn't payment — it's a diagnosis conversation. Before either of us makes a commitment, we'll spend time understanding where you are, what you're trying to build, and whether we're the right fit to work together.
Every coaching relationship begins with a diagnosis conversation. It's neither coaching nor a sales call. It's a focused, thirty-minute conversation where we understand your current situation, what you're trying to build, and whether we're genuinely the right fit to work together. If we are, we'll choose a start date and begin the coaching.
For years, I carried the same thing many ambitious young men carry today: hunger without direction. I wasn't looking for more motivation - I had plenty of that. I was looking for someone — or something — that could help me understand what was genuinely worth building my life around, and how to begin building it well. I couldn't find it. So I spent years studying, questioning, experimenting, and slowly building the framework I wish had existed when I needed it most. This coaching is the result of that search. It's my attempt to offer ambitious young men the resource I spent years searching for myself.
If you've made it this far, you already understand what this coaching is, who it's for, and how it works. If it resonates deeply, I'd encourage you to apply. I'll personally review your application, and if I believe we're a strong fit, I'll invite you to a diagnosis conversation. Together, we'll decide whether this is the right next step.
Every application is reviewed personally.
You'll hear back within 48 hours.
